Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped globally from our trusted suppliers and warehouses located around the world.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Certainly!  You can request modifications or cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. However, for orders involving custom personalized items, the window for changes or cancelations is within 12 hours of purchase, which is before the customization process typically begins. It's important to note that once the customization starts, ALL SALES ON CUSTOM PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. For all non-custom orders, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days from receipt for a refund. Please keep in mind that return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) AmazonPay, Google pay, and PayPal. As well as Venmo, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Diners Club payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are typically processed, handled and shipped out from our global suppliers and warehouses within 1-3 business days from the order date, and then shipped out the next day after processing. We process orders between Monday and Friday.  Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.  Please note that we don't process orders or ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, right now an order may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after it was shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

Pease note that we do charge a sales tax on all products sold on our website. The sales tax amount will be calculated based on the applicable tax rate for your shipping address and will be added to your order total during the checkout process. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
